A bespoke blend created exclusively for Gresham Blake by the Rare Tea Company. Breaking the conventional tea-blenders' rules mixing white and black tea with a hint of anarchy.
Made using a wonderful blend of whole leaf teas, lovingly crafted by tea-masters, not chopped and churned by industrial process. This makes it the antithesis of modern tea-bags with their bland contents produced for volume and price.
Sourced direct from the farmers, this tea has been blended using the finest leaves for a truly exceptional brew, created to reflect the unique and beautiful work that we do. The leaves are traditional, they have been drunk for thousands of years - but the combination is wholly unexpected. Black and white teas are never blended- not because they don't taste utterly delicious together- but because it breaks the rules of conformity.
It can be drunk with or without milk- however you desire. For a good strong infusion let the leaves infuse for 3-4 minutes. This will reveal the deep malty flavours of a good cuppa - but with a truly unique depth and complexity. For a lighter, more delicate infusion just steep the leaves for a minute.
