We are looking to add and train new Assistant Store Manager to our Brighton team.

The Role:

You will be assisting with the management of our Brighton store whilst offering a high level of service to some of our most high profile clients, guiding them through their shopping experience, from initial customer engagement to creating an outfit that is the perfect fit.

The successful Assistant Store Manager will be talking to clients on a daily basis and assisting the Directors with the running of our Brighton store & managing a team of highly motivated staff.

The successful candidate must:

  • A proven track record of working in luxury retail.
  • Confident using Microsoft excel
  • An understanding of and experience in using EPOS systems.
  • An ability to learn how to use new internal systems quickly.
  • Good at following instructions & delegating tasks.
  • Have an obvious love and knowledge of menswear and current trends.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Have suburb customer service.
  • Be confident with face-to-face sales.
  • Thrive and excel in a sales environment.
  • Be a team player.
  • Support your management team in achieving company targets and operational goals.
