How are stores adjusting to COVID 19?

Our team and customer safety are key. We have put a number of COVID secure measures in place. These include but not limited to:

  • Social distancing will be enforced and monitored at all times, including limiting the number of customers in-store at one time.
  • Our teams are trained and encouraged to adopt more frequent hand washing and sanitisation at regular intervals throughout the day.
  • For the comfort and protection of our teams and customers, all store teams have been provided with face masks.
  • Hand sanitiser gel will be available for customer use.
  • The store will be cleaned at regular intervals throughout the day.

Is the Brighton/London Store Open?

  • The Brighton Store is open 7 days a week, operating normal hours in line with appropriate guidelines and precautionary measures.
  • The London Store is open by appointment only, again following government guidelines

Questions for our Online Shop

How long will my order take?

We offer Standard and Express Delivery Options. Standard delivery for UK Mainland is 3-5 days. For orders over £50 to UK mainland, this service is FOC.

What is your returns policy?

We are happy to refund or exchange most stock items (including sale items) within 21 days from date of arrival, if for any reason you change your mind. The only item that you cannot return is the Gresham Blake Face Mask, for understandable reasons.

How long will refund take to process?

Within 3 business days of receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that your card has been refunded (or exchanged). Please note that items must meet our return policy. Please note that it can take a few more days for your bank to process transaction.

Can I Click and Collect?

We can provide this service for our Brighton Store. We may have the items ready for you to collect on the same day as you purchase. Just give a call on 01273 609587 to let us know what you have purchased and what time you would like to come in. We can then confirm that the item can be collected.

Can someone else collect my order?

Yes, as long as you give permission by calling us on 01273 609587.

Do you offer a Gift-Wrapping Service?

Yes, for Shirts, Ties and Socks. For an additional cost of £5 we will Gift Wrap and add a personal handwritten message to your item.

How Long will my consultation appointment be?

For Bespoke appointments we will provide a private consulting room, with a 2-hour consultation time.

How much does a Bespoke Suit Cost?

Our prices start from £700 for a 2 piece – but do look out for special offers by signing on to our members club.

Do you make suits for Women?

Of course! We have been making bespoke suits for women for the last 20 years. We consider ourselves as Bespoke Women’s Wear experts.

Do we make suits for Children?

Yes. As there is no VAT on children’s clothing a 20% discount will be given. In addition, if your child is less then 1m tall we will also be able to offer special prices.

What are your payment terms?

We require a 50% upfront payment – the balance when you come for your fitting. If you decide to pay in full upfront, we will give you a 5% discount.

Can I bring my own cloth?

Yes, as long as you are happy with its suitability for your requirements.
